You may return any non-customized product that is still factory sealed, within 30 days upon receiving it. For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, Linsoul will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly.

The 7HZ Timeless Comes with a 1 year warranty on the In-Ear Monitors and 3 month warranty on the cable.

I bought the Timeless IEMs. They are my first experience with this style of โheadphonesโ. Initially, I wasnโt sure I liked them, since them as they sounded different and I thought a bit hollow. This was with a couple different sound sources (iPhone, PC) using DACs with Apple Music. After a few days, they sounded amazing and I could no longer hear the sound I initially didnโt like. I am quite happy.
The build quality is great. I really like the metal box for transporting the IEMs. It is big enough to include a phone DAC and a USB-C to 3.5mm dongle. I carry the box in my work bag to the office and that works well.
My first impression of the headphones is that they are good but not great. The previous headphones before use were etymotic er2xr which sealed very well from ambient noise. 7 hz timeless is convenient but not really good at sealing out ambient noise, so you can't enjoy the full quality of the sound. And it's a shame and it's very disturbing.

We are glad to hear that you appreciate the convenience of the 7Hz Timeless. We understand that its performance in terms of ambient noise isolation may not have met your expectations. The poor isolation may be related to the choice of ear tips. The size and shape of the ear tips should fit the customer's ear canal for better isolation. Additionally, the way the headphones are worn can also affect the isolation. If the headphones are not secured properly, it may cause sound leakage and affect the clarity of the audio.

These are my second pair that I bought for a friend since I liked mine so much. I have multiple brands of IEMs that I like for different reasons. I like these Timeless IEMs because they have a well balanced and smooth sound and are comfortable when laying in bed. Decent bass, good definition and detail with a good sound stage. Not quite as exacting accurate as some of my other IEMs but they have a pleasant musical sound. I would recommend them.
Lots of accessories! Most important they sound awesome
I use this IEM with moondrop dawn pro (4.4 balanced) and EQ preset from "oratory1990".
I changed DT1770 to 7Hz Timeles, because they give a very good sound and are much more comfortable, especially in the heat
These are GREAT! First experience with planar IEMs and they are exactly as I'd hoped. I'm an old guy and grew up with Magnepan as the gold standard in my house. These have that great, not harsh, very accurate sound stage like a large planar speaker. But it took a day trying different after market, very high quality tips to get the fit just right and set these deep enough in my ear, knock all outside noise out and bring low-end up. This knocks down the over-stated 6000-8000 hz. ring that I read people complaining about. It also keeps these from moving around AT ALL. It's well worth the effort. Purchased 11/11 sale based on reviews (Crinacle and others). Well worth it! I did however have an issue with the right iem causing discomfort after long periods of listening. Replaced stock tips with SpinFit CP100+ and has resolved the issue. Also, replaced oem cable with Tripowin Altea cable. I couldnโt be happier with the results.
I bought these based on a trusted friend's recommendation, so it was a blind buy, my first interaction with Linsoul in general.
Was impressed. Very impressed, I'm extremely picky with audio, not an audiophile necessarily just picky. Paired it with a different set of tips (Moondrop) and they're so insanely comfortable and great sounding, even for gaming.
This part is perhaps more important - my only recommendation is, while it's cool they made a chunky metal case for it, I think it would be easier/better if made from a recycled hard paper box like many others do and save some money while being more environmentally friendly -that would be my TOP PRIORITY if I were looking to market this product.
Very clean sound. Drop base to violin is as good as my xm's. I highly recommend these with the suggestion to EQ them to your taste.
I have uses these for quite some time, and I absolutely love them, I would recommend if you listen to anything like the beatles or pink Floyd as it makes them sound so wide

We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team toย check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

How much does shipping cost?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping is 15-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 270USD, Express Shipping is free*.ย
*This applies forย most countries. However, large items such as headphones and desktop DAC/AMPs (e.g. HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, and etc.) are excluded.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country.ย Linsoul is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for thetwo-way freightcharges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.

How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.ย You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.ย

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?
First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.ย
If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.ย
For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.ย
For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
- Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
- Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
- Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
- Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for โno-signature deliveryโ
- Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
- Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient
Who will pay for the import tax/custom fees
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your orderย afterย deducting the two-way shippingย fees incurred.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
For more than 1 orders placed under the same account and shipping address, Linsoul will automatically combine the orders and ship them out via one tracking number. Should you have special requests to have the orders shipped separately, please kindly contact us via Discord or our website's chat. We willย do our best to help.
How do I cancel my order?

30-Day Return Policy
Where should I send the product for the return process?
To initiate the return shipment, kindly send an email to support@Linsoul.com within 30 days upon receiving the sealed product(s). The RMA form and details will be provided to you via email.
When must the product be returned after receiving the RMA form and details?ย
After receiving the return instructions from us via email, kindly arrange the return shipment of the parcel within 5 working days, and update us with the tracking link via email again. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the return process.
When will I receive my refund after returning the product?
In most cases, after receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds may incur a currency exchange loss or transaction fee, depending on your source of payment (e.g. Bank or PayPal). Linsoul will not be responsible for such fees.
