Collaborative Design: Renowned for globally successful IEMs like Timeless and Zero, 7Hz is a well-established brand known for premium sound and quality. Collaborating with HBB (Hawaii Bad Boy), a leading YouTube audio reviewer with over 177,000 subscribers, 7Hz brings expertise and influence from one of the most recognized figures in the Hi-Fi audio world.

Dual Dynamic Driver Configuration: Elua integrates two dynamic drivers: a 10mm and an 8mm liquid crystal polymer (LCP) diaphragm driver. This upgraded LCP material enhances tensile strength, providing a responsive, low-distortion sound. Powered by N52 neodymium magnets, these matched drivers ensure seamless frequency coherence, outperforming typical hybrid configurations with smooth, unified audio.

Balanced Sound Signature: Elua’s dual drivers enable precision sound tuning. It delivers powerful 10dB sub-bass, creating subwoofer-like depth. The flat midrange enhances tonal accuracy, mimicking studio monitors for lifelike audio reproduction. Treble is carefully tuned for pristine clarity, aligned with human ear perception, resulting in a powerful, well-balanced sound suited for analytical listening.

Detachable Cable Design: Elua comes equipped with a custom 4-core detachable cable, featuring 0.78mm 2-pin connectors. This design offers users the flexibility to switch cables, extending product longevity and enabling a personalized listening experience.

Guided by a passion for precise audio, 7Hz combines innovation with expert tuning in every detail of the Elua.

Designed for discerning listeners and audio professionals, the Elua is crafted to deliver an engaging, balanced sound that captures the full spectrum of your music. Our team of engineers brings dedication and expertise to every step, ensuring each unit reflects our commitment to sound quality. With the Elua, you can immerse yourself in the performance, experiencing clarity and depth that lets your music shine. This is 7Hz, delivering sound with authenticity and detail.

Collaborative Design

With popular IEMs such as Timeless and Zero, 7Hz has established itself as a trusted brand in audio quality and innovation. This time, 7Hz collaborates with HBB (Hawaii Bad Boy), a well-known YouTube audio reviewer from the channel Bad Guy Good Audio Reviews, which has over 177,000 subscribers. Known for his expertise, HBB has contributed to the design of various IEMs, bringing a wealth of experience to the Elua’s development.

Dual Dynamic Driver Configuration

The Elua features a dual dynamic driver setup, combining a 10mm liquid crystal polymer (LCP) diaphragm driver with an 8mm LCP dynamic driver. This pairing creates a rich, immersive sound with a full range of frequencies. The upgraded LCP diaphragm offers improved tensile strength, enhancing responsiveness and reducing distortion. Driven by powerful N52 neodymium magnets, these dual drivers provide a seamless and cohesive sound experience, unlike traditional hybrid configurations, by using identical diaphragm materials for smooth integration across frequencies.

Balanced Sound Signature

The dual drivers in the Elua enable precise sound tuning, creating a balanced sound signature. A strong sub-bass shelf with a 10dB boost adds deep, subwoofer-like bass, while precision tuning maintains a flat midrange, delivering tonal accuracy that mirrors a live studio environment. The treble is clear and refined, with a natural tonal curve that aligns with the human ear’s perception, resulting in a sound that is powerful, balanced, and highly detailed, suited for both analytical and professional use.

Detachable Custom Cable

The Elua comes with a custom 4-core detachable cable that features 0.78mm 2-pin connectors. This design allows users to easily swap cables, enhancing the IEM's durability and offering flexibility for a personalized listening experience.

Great For the Price

Considering the price, I have no complaints. Sure, a nicer cable and nicer tips would be nice, but that would also probably increase the price.

Price-Conscious Dual Driver

The Big Picture

Pros:

V-shaped sound signature with distinct treble
2-pin cable, flat “braid”
Neutral, well-toned midrange
Excellent sub-bass tone
Good mid-bass shaping

Cons:

No carrying case
Upper treble borders on “too sharp”
Rotated 2-pin connectors are uncomfortable
Occasional treble smudging

Sonic Overview:

7hz is targeting an “analytical but fun” sound with the Eula. They’re leveraging its second driver to add some extra oomph to the lower register without compromising on bass control. I generally like this strategy, as it permits the Eula to maintain a fairly tidy V-shaped sound signature without sounding too exaggerated or bloated. Its mids are warmer than neutral, and its treble has a few peaks for added clarity and separation.

1k to 3k region

Instruments and voices feel really far and muted. In addition to that I think I have a driver Imbalance, I hear more highs on the left side. I really can't recommend them. I really don't mind the bass, but the real problem is the 1k to 3k region. With EQ they get better but it's not worth it.
