These are a good set of iems in the <$100 category. I purchased my set for $30 on sale and would say that if you can get them on sale, its a no-brainer buy. This set of iems is well worth the $80 asking price.
The standard tuning is comfortable and slightly U-shaped. The treble is inoffensive; I haven't encountered any sibilance except when switch 3 is on. The mids are slightly recessed, but still detailed and cohesive. The bass can be a little lacking for bass-heads or people looking for a real punch, but it is natural and clear. Overall the tuning is pleasing and the addition of the 4 tuning switches allow for a decent amount of tweaking based on preference. I personally have the first, second, and fourth switch on which provides a more V-shaped tuning which I quite enjoy. I highly encourage anyone that buys these to spend time messing with the switches.
The "wow-factor" of these iems is absolutely in the detail, soundstage, and imaging. While not being in-your-face, they present details with sparkle that grabs your attention almost constantly. Additionally, the placement of these details is precise and moves naturally across the quite wide soundstage. The only nitpick I have with this set is their tendency to make some elements sound distant at times. This can be remedied simply by turning the volume up, but that isn't ideal.
The build is decent. The shells are two parts, half typical translucent plastic, half shiny chrome plastic. They have a good look in my opinion, and aren't too large despite the 4 switches on each iem. They aren't heavy, and I find them to fit quite comfortably in my ears. The shape is generic and should fit most people's ears without issue. The wire is typical for iems in this price category; It's nothing to write home about, but at the same time nothing to complain about.
Overall I would certainly recommend these if you're looking for a wider soundstage and good details that are always comfortable. At $80 they're a good deal, and at anything $50 or below they're a must-buy.
