THIEAUDIO GHOST
The GHOST utilizes an all new and innovative 40mm Sapphire dynamic driver. The foundation of the driver is a new diaphragm consisting of cermet (ceramic-metal composite) layered on a thermoplastic polymer film stabilizer.
After numerous testing for composition makeup, we selected a particular mix of titanium alloy and polymer ceramic oxide for the cermet, which is then plated through magnetron sputtering. While incredibly painstaking, the vacuum magnetron sputtering process plates 30 even layers of our cermet molecule by molecule to achieve ultra-thin, yet extremely precise 180 nanometer thin sheets, which is then cut up to form our diaphragm.
The resulting sapphire diaphragm has been extensively tested and measured with a high average density of 1.4 g/cm3, young’s modulus of 7.45 Pa, driver reflex of 2301 ns, and an internal damping factor of 0.032. In comparison, the same polymer film plated with nickel only measured with a Young’s modulus of 5.82 Pa, reflex of 2002 ns, and internal damping factor of 0.029, while graphene plating measured with a Young’s modulus of 6.21 Pa, reflexibility of 2162 ns, and internal damping factor of 0.027. A New Chapter for THIEAUDIO’s Headphone Lineup
The GHOST is a new precedent for THIEAUDIO’s headphone audio engineering. Our foremost goal with project GHOST has been to redefine our tonal balance for headphones and match it with uncompromising audio quality. To achieve this, we have completely redesigned the acoustic airflow of dynamic drivers and their acoustic cavity to finely adjust the pressure across the diaphragm membrane. After countless miniscule acoustic tuning modifications, we have achieved a tonal balance that perfectly matches the perceived hearing of the human ear at every frequency interval.
Of particular note, the GHOST's tuning has been calibrated to match the acoustics of the human ear’s auricle and pinna. This delivers a vibrant and crisp bite to every instrumental and vocal note, without any harshness or sharpness. The mids have been tuned to be natural, yet not sterile. Our careful engineering has achieved an ever slightly warm texture and lushness to the body of instruments and fullness in vocals, all while staying clear from any signs of bloating or muddying in the mids. The bass is rich, but not overpowering in order to maintain the natural tonal balance.
For users desiring a bass-dominant presence, a simple swap for thicker ear pads can provide all of the bass one can desire. This lends an incredible versatility for the GHOST, which presents a professional natural tuning, with the option to occasionally provide a fun and bass-heavy ride.
Open-Back Design
A key goal for project GHOST was to deliver the most natural sound possible in a headphone context. In order to achieve this, we have opted for an open-back headphone design. The open-back design allows natural airflow across the outer acoustic cavity of the driver. This provides greater driver for the driver, as well as peripheral perception for the listener. GHOST's open-back design delivers a life-like stage presence to every song and successfully mimics the full audio experience of listening to stereo speakers.

I found a hole due to a missed stitch on the edge of one earpad after 30mins of use and requested for a fair warranty claim.
Linsoul rejected the claim based on grounds that there is no unboxing video, even though my purchase was just 1.5 months ago, and it was well within the 1 year warranty period.
The manufacturing defect I found is a missed stitch resulting in a hole at the side of the earpads, something not possible to occur through normal usage of 30mins.
I have owned several budget and mid-tier cans for up to a decade and have never encountered any of my earpads having a hole in the side of the edge. It is shocking to find this inherent defect being ignored and no replacement being offered.
They are asking me to stitch it back myself (which is not possible unless you dismantle the original stitching and technically too complicated) and offered just a $3 refund.
Utterly appalled at the scam nature of their 1 year warranty that does not describe how a warranty should work.
A 1-year warranty is not a real warranty if they are expecting you to inspect in detail and claim for warranty immediately after receipt. If you intend to gift this to someone, and they take 1.5 months to open it, your warranty would be void by then.

However, because a significant amount of time has passed, it is challenging for us to verify the situation. The products are thoroughly inspected by the manufacturer before packaging, so we need to gather more information to address different cases appropriately. If you do have an unboxing video, it would be very helpful in allowing us to better understand the situation.
Regarding our suggestion to try stitching the product yourself, it was genuinely made with your convenience in mind. Since this product was heavily discounted, the warranty is limited. If there is an issue that requires repair, the item may need to be sent back to us, and buyers would have to cover the shipping fees incurred. Our suggestion was intended to save you time and effort. If you feel that you are unable to stitch it back, we recommend returning it for further handling.

THIEAUDIO GHOST
Having used Sennheiser HD600's before, I was really curious to see what these would do. I'd definitly say they compare to the HD600's! The carrying case is nice, and the price is really amazing. I was even surprised I can drive these somewhat with my smartphone! This for sure are headphones you have to try, exceptional for the price!
Well, ghost has a good construction, unboxing for it's price, however, not my favourite in these price range. Confort is amazing, the unboxing is very good (althought the cable could be a little better) and the sound is very good, specially his tonality. What haven't fullfilled all my expectations was the tecnical aspects, specially transparency, resolution (not the best) and soundstage (little messy). However,, the ghost is a very incredible set at the end of the day. Tonality is amazing, natural, warm and very pleasing.
So far I have been really liking the mature warmth of these headphones. Not a sennheiser replacement, but very good in warm reference tuning for under $200 though. Certainly easier to drive off a dongle DAC than my HD600, HD650 & HD660s2 with the same feeling of direction to details.
This is a hidden gem. I have some others headphones, like he6, hekse, hd800s and I spend a lot of my time using the ghost. The sound signature is warm and gorgeous and pleasant. I hope that thieaudio never stops it production. Although, I bought two. I need to have a spare. Awesome headphone.
Great value for money especially for the price paid. Sounds pretty similar to the Sennheiser HD600 which I also have for a long time.
THIEAUDIO GHOST
I thought I got a pair of wonky headphones at first, but after a couple of months of burn-in, the sound is just killer. With high-impedance headphones, you really gotta give some time to break in and get that sweet spot.
I own them about 2 months now, i replaced the pads, and im loving them so far, the sound signature is a little boring, soundstage is ok for me, good vfm.

Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".
*Note: Generally, we can only do Selected Shipping to India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.
This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable issues such as Covid, war, and etc.
How much does shipping cost?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping is 15-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 270USD, Express Shipping is free*.
*This applies for most countries. However, large items such as headphones and desktop DAC/AMPs (e.g. HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, and etc.) are excluded.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for thetwo-way freightcharges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Some parcels claimed to be “returned to the seller” may be destroyed by the post office or customs officers when buyers refuse to accept their parcels or fail to pay for their taxes.No refundwill be processed for such cases.Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Linsoul will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.
Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.
On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.
*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances
What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?
First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
- Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
- Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
- Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
- Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
- Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
- Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient
Who will pay for the import tax/custom fees
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the two-way shipping fees incurred.

How do I get help for my order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team might not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (Support@Linsoul.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.
In general, upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents of the package and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing for it. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging when opening their parcels and products.
For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@Linsoul.com for after-sale services. The following details are required.
- Send an email to support@Linsoul.com with an appropriate Subject Title
- Provide your order number and state the issue clearly
- Attach photos and videos to show that your product is faulty/missing. Shipping details on the parcel packaging have to be clearly visible.
If the photos/videos provided are insufficient to prove the stated issue, we will enquire more. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, partial refund or a full refund (where applicable). For incorrect products, Linsoul reserves all rights in deciding whether you need to return the incorrect item or not. Please kindly contact us via email first. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email. For more than 1 orders placed under the same account and shipping address, Linsoul will automatically combine the orders and ship them out via one tracking number.
