The Oracle and Oracle MKII were THIEAUDIO’s interpretation of budget tri-brid studio monitors. They were aimed to provide the most professional studio monitor tunings and technical resolutions at the most affordable price. Since then, THIEAUDIOhas made several technological innovations that we are excited to introduce back into the Oracle series. The bass drivers have been updated to bring a stronger sub-bass presence. The tuning has also been modified to reflect customer feedback from the past 2 years and deliver a more natural and engaging listening session.
IMPACT2 Subwoofer System
The Oracle MKIII features the latest IMPACT2 subwoofer system from THIEAUDIO. IMPACT2 is a 2 dynamic driver system configured in an isobaric design to significantly enhance subbass quantity and texture. Thanks to IMPACT2, the bass response of the Oracle MKIII is significantly stronger, tighter, and better textured than its predecessors.
Professional Studio Tuning
Keeping in line with its DNA, the Oracle MKIII retains its tuning profile as a real studio monitor. The bass has been restricted to the sub-bass shelf to provide plenty of thump for drummers and bass guitarists, while keeping the mids flat and neutral. Instruments and vocals are perfectly positioned and layered thanks to neutral midrange and our comprehensive 4-way crossover system. The treble has been modified to be smoother than the previous Oracle MKII predecessor, which was one of its main critiques. However, the Oracle MKIII still takes full advantage of the 2 Sonion EST tweeters to deliver all of the microdetails and upper treble extension.

Thanks to our passive crossover network and three independent sound bores for each driver type, the Oracle MKIII features excellent layering, imaging, and instrument separation in the mix.
Updated Modular Cable System
The Oracle MKIII comes standard with our latest modular cable system, allowing users to select which plug type (4.4mm, 3.5mm, 2.5mm) to use for their device.

Of course, there is both a well-defined relief and a clearly drawn bass texture.
At the same time, the sub-bass does not hide the mid-bass, although quantitatively the infra-bottom was added from the heart.
The orchestral drum is playing great!
The volume of low frequencies of this model will be the envy of many other headphones from a similar category.
I would define the overall sound of the low-frequency segment as pleasant, massive, softened and tactile.
Oracle MKIII can be compared to EM10, but still in favor of MKIII.
For those who were a little short of bottoms in the previous flagship models, I advise you to pay attention to the Oracle MKIII, you will definitely be satisfied.
In the middle frequencies, an acoustic guitar has weight, a long sustain is heard, the ringing of metal strings is heavy and stringy, it sounds incredibly beautiful!
Nylon strings of a classical guitar have the same muted sonority that this instrument is so loved for.
A saxophone with a slight hoarseness, and a certain sadness and rudeness, but at the same time it feels a little softened, an interesting combination.
The piano is endowed with a wealth of timbral colors, it sounds like it is alive.
An electric guitar with a well-defined texture, moderately greasy and properly dirty.
The drums are slightly softened in favor of the general musical orientation of the sound, while the click is juicy.
The vocals are lively, with a presence effect, filled with emotions and articulatory nuances.
The upper frequencies are highly detailed and well filled with background thanks to the electrostats.
They are sophisticated but not subtle, elegant and neat, with a highlighted edge of the band and a diamond.
Microdynamics is very clearly distinguishable, it is felt in individual instruments.
For example, the sound of a bell in the middle of a musical row - you can hear not only the body of sound itself with the attenuation of the afterglow, but also the amplitude of the vibrations of the sound wave.
The percussion has good clarity, and the cymbals are quite long after the sound.
The upper frequencies are beautifully made, expensively rich, with an accentuated upper octave.
The sound is large-scale, massive, voluminous, adult!
The sound feels serious, with excellent virtualization.
Oracle MK3 is even similar to Yanyin Carmen in the scene, the same sweep, sense of presence, emphasis on 3D models and filling space.
The images of the performers are large, clearly drawn and very clearly positioned on stage.
Headphones are equally conducive to listening to various genres, whether it's orchestral, rock, metal, or electronic music.
They will show their high-class sound equally well everywhere!
In heavy metal genres, they give a lot of drive and shake the stage with drum beats and waves of bass.
