An excellent dac / amp

I have been using this dac for a month and the truth is that it has fascinated me.

Let's start with its dimensions, it is large if you are used to dongles, but if you have already had one, it can be said that its size is small-medium.

Its construction is robust, nothing cheap that implies that we are facing a quality product, the only detail is its button panel since it is loose, that is, if you move this dac, they will sound like a rattle.

Its volume knob seems good and adequate to me, it is smooth and precise, behind it an LED lights up (depending on the file).

It has a good number of output ports, we have 2 balanced 4.4mm pentaconn, 1 professional output with its 3.5mm adapter, an amplifier output and its data and charging connection (it also has a power port but does not have the charger included Unfortunately).

Speaking of the sound, its performance is very good, it gives us a warm, rounded sound with excellent detail for its price, when activating the truebass we will obtain a much warmer sound, this will enhance the bass and sub-bass, but despite it keeps the music clean, it is not intrusive and it works better than a simple equalizer (I am not a fan of equalizing) but in this device using the truebass is fascinating.

Finally speaking of power, this dac / amp will cover all the needs of iems and even a large part of headband headphones, do not think that it will move you very demanding planars, if you use the balanced output and high gain you can move more demanding headphones (I would put limit 600 ohms to 95% of its capacity will move them).

In my opinion, this dac / amp is a safe purchase for anyone who starts or who only has mobile devices (dongles and low-end daps) and especially if you have headphones that are somewhat cold or balanced and you would like them to be more fun, colored and warm.
