Please take 2 videos showing the problem of the product. One video is the IEM paired with your laptop and the other video is the IEM paired with your phone.
Could you check if it is the cause of the cable? You may replace the cable to see if the problem persists.
If it is the problem of the IEM, to process your warranty, we need your help to ship it back to us for warranty based on our warranty information.
