Built around a powerful DSP engine, the DX1 II supports up to 10 fully customizable bands of parametric EQ. Using the TOPPING Tune software, you can precisely adjust frequency, gain, and Q factor, with independent left/right channel control. Import target curves, generate compensation, and save up to 3 profiles for quick switching. The TOPPING Home Web platform further simplifies tuning with a drag-and-drop visual PEQ interface, letting you apply community-shared EQ files with one click. Whether you are tuning footsteps for FPS games or smoothing room modes for speakers, the DX1 II gives you surgical control over your sound.
Flagship ES9039Q2M DAC with Ultra-Low Distortion
At the core of the DX1 II lies ESS’s new-generation ES9039Q2M DAC chip, delivering a dynamic range of 128dB and THD+N as low as <0.00007%. Combined with a four-channel fully balanced architecture from DAC to output stage, the DX1 II achieves exceptional channel crosstalk of -140dB (balanced output) and a signal-to-noise ratio of 128dB. Every detail, from the faintest reverb to explosive game effects, is reproduced with clarity and precision.
Powerful Balanced Output for Demanding Headphones
Powered solely by a USB-C connection, the DX1 II delivers robust power through its 4.4mm balanced output, easily driving high-impedance headphones and planar magnetics. The 3.5mm single-ended output is equally capable for everyday earphones. Two gain settings and an ultra-low noise floor of just 0.9µVrms (3.5mm, Low gain) ensure a dead-silent background even with the most sensitive IEMs.
Crystal-Clear Communication with Microphone Support
The DX1 II features a 3.5mm TRRS jack that supports standard headphones and gaming headsets with an inline microphone. You can make voice calls, chat in games, or record audio while enjoying high-fidelity playback – all through a single headset. The microphone input supports up to 192kHz/24-bit, ensuring your voice comes through clearly without sacrificing game audio quality.
Versatile Connectivity – Optical I/O, RCA & 4.4mm Line Out
Beyond USB input, the DX1 II is equipped with independent optical input and output, supporting PCM up to 24-bit/192kHz and DSD64 (DoP) via optical. Connect your CD player, TV, or game console, apply 10-band PEQ processing, and send the signal to a traditional DAC or active speakers. The RCA single-ended line output and 4.4mm balanced line output allow the DX1 II to function as a preamp, giving you flexible system integration.
Seamless Compatibility with Switch, PS5 and More
The USB input supports both UAC 1.0 and UAC 2.0 modes. Switch to UAC 1.0 for plug-and-play compatibility with Nintendo Switch and PlayStation consoles, making the DX1 II a perfect companion for both gaming and music on these platforms. On Windows, the custom Thesycon USB driver enables high-resolution playback, while macOS works driver-free. The included infrared remote control offers effortless volume and playback management without pairing delays.
Compact All-in-One Design with Real-Time Display
The DX1 II features a built-in display that shows volume, input, gain, and PEQ profile status at a glance. Its CNC-machined aluminum chassis houses a patented discrete low-noise reference power supply, providing clean, independent power to the DAC and analog stages.
